Jamie has played guitar in rock bands from earlier years in Nelson & Christchurch.
He discovered classical music and traveled through Europe, studied composition with Jaz Coleman mentoring (resident composer of NZ & Prague symphony orchestras).
These days he resides in Christchurch city writing and performing solo nylon guitar.
